This project, completed in April 2008, surveyed all residents of new housing built during the last five years in the London Borough of Brent. A postal questionnaire was distributed to 4,661 residents and had a response rate of 17.3%. Survey questions were used to determine overcrowding levels and resident satisfaction, as well as other information relevant to the Brent Planning Service.
